    BCP Executive Search BCP Executive Search continues to leverage the trend of legal departments rising in rank and reinforcing their teams with both generalist profiles and specialists such as IT, governance or M & A.
    Clients are also structuring their compliance and risk management functions in reaction to the Sapin 2 law, the first controls of the French Anti-Corruption Agency and the increasingly complex international regulations. 
    The firm is also developing its governance expertise by counselling clients on the organisation of their board and managing the recruitment of directors with complementary profiles and international experience so as to increase boards’ diversity. The firm has broadened its practice to cover other “strategic protection” positions such as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Secretary.

    The firm has become a partner of the University of Cergy Pontoise’s Chair of Ethics and Business Law for the organisation of the Trophies of Excellence in Business Ethics.

And the team expands its scope and skills to better assist clients in the search, calibration and selection of these new talents.

    Foreseeing the development of compliance as a determining lever for good governance, Blandine Cordier-Palasse, co-founded the Cercle de la Compliance. Composed of chief compliance officers and consultants, the Cercle de la Compliance aims at :

    • Making companies’ and governing bodies’ directors more aware of compliance issues within the highly competitive international economic environment
    • Promoting compliance as an asset for development and competitiveness beyond the « purely defensive » vision
    • Contributing to building the competencies companies need in the field of compliance

    In parallel to helping companies set up their compliance teams, BCP Executive Search broadens its scope of action to recruiting risk managers, IP/IT experts, cybersecurity, senior data privacy talents as well as board administrators.

    After 20 years as a lawyer, general counsel and company secretary in listed companies and in an investment fund, Blandine Cordier-Palasse chose to put her experience to work in recruitment consulting, convinced that her operational background would be a strong and differentiating asset for her clients. After joining Boyden Executive Search in 2008, she created BCP Executive Search in 2010. Angélique Budin joined her very quickly.
